These Terms of Service define the rules for using services provided by ScriptyFi, operating as an unregistered business entity within the territory of the Republic of Poland (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service Provider'). The Service Provider offers proprietary AntiCheat software for FiveM servers, available through a subscription model (1, 3, or 6 months). The website scriptyfi.pl (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service') serves for purchasing and managing ScriptyFi subscriptions. Each user, by accessing or using the services, confirms familiarity with and acceptance of these Terms. The Service Provider grants users access to licensed anti-cheat software for FiveM servers under a time-limited subscription. The subscription entitles the Client to use the Service solely to protect their own server from breaches, fraud, and technical abuses. Within the subscription, the Client receives access credentials (token, key file, or authorization code) assigned to a specific server, which must not be shared with third parties. The Service Provider reserves the right to expand or update service features without prior notice, provided this does not negatively affect active subscriptions.
The service contract is concluded upon successful payment for the subscription through the website scriptyfi.pl. Transactions are conducted in EUR, and prices include applicable taxes where required. Placing and paying for an order constitutes the Client's consent to the immediate commencement of the Service before the statutory withdrawal period expires. Access to the Service is granted automatically once the payment is confirmed and remains active for the purchased subscription duration.
Payments are made electronically using payment methods provided on the Service via Stripe. The Service Provider may use external payment intermediaries. Payment processing follows the terms and conditions of the respective payment operator. The Service Provider is not responsible for any additional fees or commissions charged by banks or financial intermediaries. The Service is activated immediately after payment confirmation.
Due to the instant and digital nature of the provided services, refunds are not possible once access to the Service has been granted. By accepting these Terms, the Client acknowledges and agrees to waive the right of withdrawal after subscription activation. An exception to this rule may occur only if the Service has not yet been started and the Client submits a written cancellation request before activation.
Clients have the right to submit a complaint in case of issues preventing proper use of the Service or subscription access. Complaints may be submitted via email at support@scriptyfi.pl or through Discord. A complaint should include contact information, order number or payment confirmation, and a description of the issue. The Service Provider handles complaints within 14 business days. If the complaint is accepted, the Service Provider may, at its discretion, extend the subscription period, fix the issue, or re-grant service access.
The data controller is ScriptyFi, operating in Poland. Client data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders, maintaining subscription access, protecting accounts from abuse, and providing technical support. The scope includes email address, Discord identifier, transaction details, and technical data (e.g., IP address, server linkage). Data is processed in compliance with GDPR and is not shared with third parties other than payment operators and hosting partners. Clients have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of their data. To exercise these rights, contact the Service Provider at support@scriptyfi.pl.
The Service Provider bears no responsibility for any consequences of improper use of the Service, including faulty integration with a FiveM server. The Client is obligated not to share the software with third parties and to use it solely on their own server. Modifying, copying, or analyzing the Service's source code is strictly prohibited. If these rules are violated, the Service Provider reserves the right to block access without issuing a refund.
The Service Provider may amend these Terms, service structure, or scope of functionality due to legal or technical reasons. All changes are published on the scriptyfi.pl website. Modifications do not affect active subscriptions — the Terms in effect on the contract date remain binding.
Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law, including the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, and the Civil Code. Any disputes arising from the use of ScriptyFi services shall be resolved by a court competent for the Service Provider's business location. All ScriptyFi materials, content, and software are protected by copyright; copying or distribution in any form without consent is prohibited. These Terms take effect upon their publication and remain valid until a new version is issued.
