ScriptyFi Refund Policy

§1 General Provisions

This Refund Policy defines the principles for refunding payments for services purchased through ScriptyFi. By completing a purchase, the Client confirms that they have read and accepted the following terms.

§2 Service Nature and Refund Restrictions

All products and services offered by ScriptyFi are digital and automatically activated once payment is confirmed. Upon providing access to the software or license key, the service is considered fully delivered. Therefore, ScriptyFi does not accept refunds after subscription activation — it is technically impossible to revoke access to digital content once it has been provided.

§3 Legal Basis

Under Article 38 Point 13 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, if service performance began with the consumer's explicit consent before the withdrawal period expired. By purchasing a ScriptyFi subscription, the Client consents to immediate service activation and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal after activation.

§4 Exceptions to Non-Refund Policy

A refund may only be considered before the service is activated, if payment has been processed but access has not yet been provided. A refund may also be granted in the event of a technical error on ScriptyFi's side that prevented access to the purchased service. Each case is reviewed individually by the support team.

§5 Refund Request Procedure

In exceptional cases, a Client may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@scriptyfi.pl or contacting the official ScriptyFi Discord. The request must include the order details (number or payment confirmation), a description of the situation, and justification for the refund claim. Each request is reviewed individually, and the final decision is communicated via email.

§6 Final Provisions

By purchasing and activating the ScriptyFi AntiCheat subscription, the Client acknowledges that they are not entitled to a refund after access to the service has been provided. This rule derives from the nature of digital content and aims to protect the integrity of the licensing system and prevent abuse. The Refund Policy forms an integral part of the ScriptyFi Terms of Service and usage principles.
