ScriptyFi Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing and protecting personal and technical data collected in connection with the use of services provided by ScriptyFi, operating within the territory of the Republic of Poland (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service Provider'). The Service Provider is the data controller within the meaning of Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated April 27, 2016 (GDPR). Contact with the data controller is possible via email at support@scriptyfi.pl or through the official ScriptyFi Discord server. The Service Provider processes users' personal and technical data in compliance with applicable laws, particularly GDPR and the Polish Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.
§1 General Information
This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing and protecting personal and technical data collected in connection with the use of services provided by ScriptyFi, operating within the territory of the Republic of Poland (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service Provider'). The Service Provider processes users' personal and technical data in compliance with applicable laws, particularly GDPR and the Polish Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.
§2 Scope of Data Collection
Depending on how the Service is used, the Service Provider may process the following data: email address provided during subscription purchase, Discord account identifier (nickname or user ID), payment data (transaction identifiers, payment status), IP address, browser or device information, and data regarding the FiveM server or environment (server ID, unique license token, activity logs). Technical data such as activity logs or IP addresses are collected automatically to ensure system security and integrity.
§3 Purposes of Data Processing
Personal and technical data are processed for the following purposes: fulfillment of agreements and provision of electronic services, management of subscriptions and payments, system security within the anti-cheat system, user communication, handling of complaints and technical support, and prevention of abuse. Processing is carried out pursuant to Article 6(1)(b), (c), (f), and in cases of contact, Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR.
§4 Data Storage and Retention
Personal data are stored for the duration of the subscription and for the time necessary to complete settlements or assert potential claims. Technical data are stored up to 90 days after contract termination. After these periods, data are permanently deleted or anonymized. Payment data are processed solely by the payment operator — ScriptyFi does not store card numbers or full financial details.
§5 Data Sharing
Data may be shared only with entities cooperating with the Service Provider in the operation of payments or server services, as well as with state authorities if required by law. Data are not sold, rented, or made commercially available. Data are not transferred outside the EEA unless required by technology, and such transfers take place with appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard data protection clauses).
§6 User Rights
Each user has the right to: access their data, rectify, supplement, delete, restrict processing, transfer data, object to processing, withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Office (UODO). §7 Cookies and Analytics
The scriptyfi.pl website uses only essential cookies to ensure proper operation (e.g., maintaining user sessions). No advertising or tracking cookies are used. Statistical data are anonymous and serve to improve the website's stability, performance, and security.
§8 Data Security
The Service Provider uses technical and organizational measures to protect processed data, including transmission encryption, access restriction, and ongoing access control. All data transmitted between the user and the server are encrypted using the HTTPS protocol. Authentication data for users and servers are stored securely and inaccessible to unauthorized persons.
§9 Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy in the event of legal, technological, or organizational changes affecting data processing. The current version is always available on scriptyfi.pl under the 'Privacy Policy' section and takes effect upon publication.
§10 Final Provisions
This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the ScriptyFi Terms of Service. In matters not regulated herein, GDPR and the applicable laws of Poland apply. This policy is effective as of its publication until replaced by a new version.
